Anglo Irish Bank will hold its annual general meeting on Wednesday February 25th, 2009, following the publication of its annual report on January 27th.
The meeting with take place in Dublin’s Mansion House and will start at 10am. In a statement this morning the bank said it welcomed the Government’s initial investment of €1.5 billion of core capital.
At the publication of the bank's annual report the extent of its loans to directors will become clear.
