Johannesburg - Police said yesterday they had arrested a white man in connection with the murder of a black man who was tied to the back of a pick-up truck and dragged five kilometres to his death. The killing occurred in the industrial city of Sasolburg, south of Johannesburg, on Friday night.
The 44-year-old suspect, Pieter Odendaal, has denied any knowledge of the incident. The victim, 37-year-old Mosoko Rampuru, worked for Odendaal's construction company.
