Grenoble - Rescuers yesterday dug out an 11th body from an avalanche in the Mont Blanc region, as more snowslides roared down Europe's highest mountain. A spokesman said they found the body of a woman and were checking whether she was one of two people reported missing.
Seventeen villagers were evacuated yesterday after another major avalanche struck before dawn near the village of Les Bossons.
