Carrickfergus man charged over ammunition

A 37-year-old man has appeared at Belfast Magistrate's Court charged with possessing eleven rounds of ammunition.

A 37-year-old man has appeared at Belfast Magistrate's Court charged with possessing eleven rounds of ammunition.

Mr William Cameron, Dean Park, Carrickfergus, Co Antrim, told detectives when charged that he found the bullets and was not a member of any terrorist organisation, the court heard.

He was remanded to appear in court again on February 9th.
