A six-year-old child died from meningitis in Dublin on Wednesday, it was learnt yesterday. The child, from the Cherry Orchard area of the city, was receiving treatment in Our Lady's Hospital, Crumlin. The Eastern Health Board was not releasing the name of the child last night.
