A five-year-old girl, Shannon O'Brien, reported missing from her west Belfast home over two weeks ago, has been returned to her mother "safe and well", according to the RUC.
A man will today appear before Lisburn Magistrates Court charged with child abduction and two counts of assault causing actual bodily harm.
