A Co Tipperary teenager was killed when a car in which she was a passenger was in an accident in Co Kilkenny early yesterday. Ms Tracey Phelan (17), from Rathkeevan, Clonmel, died after the accident on the Waterford to Clonmel Road in Fiddown at around 3 a.m. Three other people in the car were taken to hospital with injuries.
