Gardaí are treating the death of a man whose body was found in a container in Ballymun, Dublin as a "personal tragedy".
The remains of the man in his 40s have been taken to the Dublin City Morgue where a postmortem examination will be carried out on Tuesday.
The body was found in a container on Balbutcher Lane in Ballymun at about 10.50am on Monday.


In a statement the Garda Press Office said: "Pending the outcome of the postmortem, An Garda Síochána are treating this case as a personal tragedy at this time. "
