Man in 30s discovered in street with gunshot injury, gardaí appeal for information

A man has been hospitalised following a shooting in Dublin in the early hours of Monday.

The man, aged in his 30s, was discovered wounded in the street at about 4am at Monasterboice Road, Crumlin.

He was taken by ambulance to St James’s Hosptial, Dublin, where his injuries are understood to be non-life-threatening.

The area was sealed off to facilitate a technical examination.
