A 41-year-old woman has appeared in Dublin District Court charged with the murder of a man in Rathfarnham.

Tyrone McKenna (42) was found dead at his home in Marley Court on Thursday evening.

Mercy Peters, who had been living in the Rathfarnham area, was remanded in custody by Judge Michael Coghlan following a short hearing this morning.
