Two DUP Ministers in the Assembly are taking Mr David Trimble and Mr Seamus Mallon to court in a row over witholding Executive committee papers.

Regional Development Minister Gregory Campbell and Maurice Morrow, the Social Development Minister, are seeking a judicial review in the High Court in Belfast. They want a judge to order the First Minister and Deputy First Minister to give them the same papers as other Ministers.

A hearing to consider the granting of leave to proceed is expected next week.
