Virtuoso Andalucian guitarist Juan Martin (right), who thrilled Dublin audiences last year during the first Jazz Week, returns tomorrow to provide a taste of his native music with his celebrated dance troupe, Arte Flameco Pura. Although Martin has had notable collaborations with jazzmen such as Miles Davis, Herbie Hancock and Wayne Shorter, this time the focus is on five centuries of flamenco music and dance tradition. The troupe includes one of Spain's most highly regarded dancers, David Morales, a gypsy singer from Cadiz, Antonio Aparecida, and dancer Raquel de Luna from Malaga. The quartet performs at 8 p.m. in Vicar Street tomorrow night.
