France flanker Olivier Magne has been banned for 23 days for stamping but is clear to play in France's Six Nations clash against England on March 2nd.

The flanker was cited for stamping during his country's Six Nations victory over Italy on Saturday, but at Tuesday's hearing the disciplinary committee decided his actions had been reckless rather than deliberate.

Consequently, he was given a relatively lenient 23-day ban that rules him out of France's Six Nations clash with Wales in Cardiff on February 16th.
