Gardaí in Dublin are continuing their hunt today for a man believed to be responsible for the sexual assault of more than ten women in the vicinity of Marley Park, Rathfarnam.

The man is described as being 30 to 40 years of age, about 5ft 9in in height and of stocky build. All the victims have submitted the same description of the attacker.

He is believed to be behind attacks on over 10 women, predominantly in their late teens and early 20s. The attacks were staged within daylight hours, the most recent of which occurred last week on a woman returning to her car after a walk in the park. The assaults began in early January.

Gardaí have categorised the assaults as "minor to more serious" in nature, and to date the attacks have not included rape.

Anyone with information is encouraged to contact Rathfarnam Gardai on 01 6666500.
