Gardai have detained a man after a shooting that took place in Crumlin early today.
Gardaí were called to a house at around 12.45 a.m. after two shots were fired in the back garden of a house on Captains Road.
A sawn-off shotgun was recovered at the scene and a man is being held at Crumlin Garda Station under Section 30 of the Offences against the State Act.
