Gardaí in Limerick are questioning one person this morning in relation to the murder of a man in the city in May last year.
Three other people were released without charge last night in relation to the killing of Robert Fitzgerald.
Mr Fitzgerald (23) was shot once in the back and once in the head after leaving a party in Moyross on May 6th, 2003.
