Daniel Goulding is expected to deputise for the injured James Masters when Cork take on Meath for a place in the All-Ireland final.

Star forward Masters, top scorer in the championship with 3-27, is still on the sidelines having suffered a broken jaw against Sligo, and is tipped to be replaced by the young Eire Og  man for Sunday's date with the Royals.

Goulding, who featured prominently in Cork's successful under-21 campaign this term, will be afforded the opportunity to make his mark on the senior stage and there is plenty of optimism within the county that he is equal to the task.

Elsewhere, it's likely to be a case of as you were for Billy Morgan's side while Meath manager Colm Coyle will name his starting line-up later in the week but is confident full-back Darren Fay will be available.

Fay limped off during the quarter-final win over Tyrone with a knee injury but is recovering well and should be fit for the weekend.
