NUIG is looking for a professor of molecular medicine and a professor of physiology (€106,914-€136,298). The university is also looking for a lecturer in physiology (€36,763-€52,136).

Also in the west, University College Hospital Galway is looking for a director for its centre of nurse education (€60,419-€74,043). The post of assistant director of public health nursing is also on offer at the hospital (€51,207-€59,038).

Dundalk Institute of Technology is inviting applications for a number of positions, including head of the school of nursing, midwifery, health studies and applied sciences.
