BRITAIN: Mr James Hewitt, one-time lover of Princess Diana, was freed on bail yesterday after spending a night in a police cell following his arrest at a west London bar on suspicion of possessing illegal drugs.
An unnamed 37-year-old woman, arrested with Mr Hewitt in the Cactus Blue bar in Chelsea, was also freed on bail. She is believed to be TV and radio presenter Ms Alison Bell (37), who is accused of supplying the drug to Mr Hewitt. - (Reuters/PA)
