Moscow - Part of Adolf Hitler's skull, and personal diaries and photo albums belonging to Russia's last Tsar are being put on display exclusively for British tourists, it was disclosed yesterday. The items are part of the Imperial Archives normally kept under wraps in a central Moscow museum. Wiltshire-based specialist tour operator, Steppes East, has negotiated a deal with the Russian authorities and is now offering weekend packages that include a tour of the archives. - (PA)
