David Humphreys may well have earned himself a recall to the Irish team with a virtuoso performance for Ulster in their European Cup pool two game against Wasps at Ravenhill.

Humphreys weighed in with 37 points, scoring a try and conversion, four drop goals and six penalties. Tyrone Howe scored Ulster other points with a late second half try.

Waps had led 13-6 at the break, but Humphreys controlled the following 40 minutes to break his Ulster scoring record as well as the European Cup record.
