Man (30) dies in single-vehicle road incident
A man (30) died yesterday following a single-vehicle road incident in west Dublin.
He was riding a motorbike at Westpark Estate, Tallaght, at about 5.30pm when he lost control of the vehicle and hit a barrier.
Emergency services were called but the man was declared dead at the scene.
Gardaí at Tallaght Garda station have appealed for witnesses.

Four in court on drugs charges
Four men appeared in court yesterday on charges relating to the seizure of 120kg of cannabis resin with an estimated street value of €800,000. They were charged under sections three and 15 of the Misuse of Drugs Act and were remanded in custody until April 24th when they are due to appear before Cloverhill District Court.
The men, three in their 20s and one in his 30s, were arrested on Saturday after gardaí found the drugs during a search of a car in Finglas.
Majority ‘worse off’ after Budget
Two out of three people have said they are worse off following the Budget, a survey has found.
Public Sentiment After the Emergency Budget by Lansdowne Marketing found that three-quarters of households had felt the impact of the recession.
Some 66 per cent were worse off compared to this time last year, while 53 per cent had taken a pay cut and 37 per cent had a pay freeze.
Some 26 per cent had been made redundant.
