The inquest into the deaths of five people killed in a Dublin bus crash last February was opened and adjourned today.
The city coroner's court heard that the three women and two men died from crush-related injuries.
Inspector Dan Quill of Pearse Street Garda Station applied for the inquest into all five deaths to be adjourned saying "a criminal investigation is being carried out in the matter."
A file is with the DPP and police are awaiting directions, which should be received in three to four months.
The five people killed were Ukrainian Vasyl Timinskyy, Kevin Garry, Margaret Traynor, Teresa Keatly and Kathleen Gilton. They died in the crash on Wellington Quay involving two double-decker buses on February 21st.
