Brussels - The Iranian Foreign Minister, Mr Kamal Kharrazi, hailed his country's reviving ties with the EU yesterday after landmark talks with senior EU officials, the first in Brussels since the 1979 Islamic revolution.
"We had a very good meeting and we are very glad about the pragmatic approach of the European Union towards Iran," Mr Kharrazisaid after his talks with the Belgian Foreign Minister, Mr Louis Michel, and the EU foreign policy chief, Mr Javier Solana.
