Ireland 10 Australia 15: Ireland fell just short of shocking Australia in the under-19 World Cup at Ravenhill tonight.
Niall Morris put Ireland 5-0 ahead when he crossed for the opening try after 17 minutes.
Australia were then reduced to 14 men when number eight Michael Uoka was sent-off late in the half.
But Ireland failed to make their numerical advantage count and Andrew Barrett's try levelled the contest before Rowan Kellam edged his side ahead with the conversion.
