Gardaí are investigating a fatal road traffic collision on the Swords Road close to Dublin Airport.
A pedestrian in his 80s was fatally injured in a collision with an articulated truck shortly after 1pm.
The road at the scene is closed to facilitate a forensic collision investigation of the area and is expected to remain closed for a number of hours.
Diversions are in place in the area.
