Israeli troops shot dead a Palestinian man and wounded another outside a Jewish settlement in the West Bank today.
The Israeli army claimed the men were armed. "Israeli forces near Bracha spotted two armed men approaching the settlement, very close to its gate.
The soldiers opened fire and saw the two men were hit. One was killed and the other is being treated," an army source said.
