Inverness - A British journalist became the first microlight pilot to fly around the world and set another record by completing his circuit in 117 days.

Mr Brian Milton (55) broke the previous round-the-world record for a single-motor open-air aircraft when he landed in Inverness, Scotland, yesterday. The old record, set in 1924, was 175 days.
