An Italian judge will decide today whether three people held over the murder of British student Meredith Kercher should continue to be held in jail.
American student Amanda Marie Knox (20); her Italian boyfriend, Raffaele Sollecito (24); and a Congolese resident, Lumumba Patrick Diya (38), were arrested on Tuesday and are accused of the murder and sexual assault of Ms Kercher (21), from London.
She was found last Friday in the apartment in Perugia she shared with Ms Knox and was stabbed in the neck.
The accused have denied all charges.
