Kingfisher has announced its 67 euro a share offer for the 45 per cent of Castorama Dubois Investissements that it does not already own will close on Oct 16th.
The timetable was published by the CMF (Conseil des marches financiers) following approval from the COB (Commission des operations de bourse) for Castorama's response document.
Kingfisher said Castorama's note d'information en reponse will be published in La Tribune tomorrow.
Kingfisher's offer is worth 5.1 billion euro.
