Gardaí have named the woman killed in a crash yesterday morning as Ciara Meehan of Ballinacourty, Dungarvan, Co. Waterford.
Ms Meehan (25) died after her car hit a tree at approximately 9.15am yesterday, at Banoge, Croom, Limerick.
She was the 173rd person to be killed on the State's roads this year.
