A 25-year-old man was remanded in custody today after being charged with the murder of a man who was stabbed to death in a Dublin house last week.
Derek Wade, with an address on Church Avenue, Rialto, will appear before in Kilmainham District Court again next Tuesday.
The victim, 23-year-old Zhi Song, a Chinese national, had been living in Ireland for the past two-and-a-half years and worked as a kitchen porter.
He was found in the house, which he shared with up to six other people, on Reuben Avenue, Rialto, at about 5am last Wednesday morning.
