A 60 year-old man has died following a road traffic collision in Killarney, Co Kerry.
The man was struck by a car at around 7.30 last night. He was taken to Tralee General Hospital where he later died.
Gardaí at Castleisland are investigating. Elsewhere, gardaí at Fermoy are investigating a serious road traffic collision which occurred yesterday at 5.30pm at Caherdrinny on the Dublin to Cork
road (N8).
Two cars were involved in the collision, both male drivers and a female passenger has been hospitalised.
