A man aged in his 20s has been arrested in connection with a €1.2million cannabis seizure in Dublin.
The arrest came after gardaí stopped a van on the Swords Road, Whitehall at about 6pm this evening.
A quantity of cannabis herb with an estimated street values of €1.2 million was discovered in the van, which was being driven by a male in his 20’s.
The male was arrested at the scene and brought to Whitehall Garda station where he is currently being held under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996.
