Man hurt in Belfast in paramilitary-style shooting

Police in Northern Ireland are investigating a paramilitary style shooting in the outskirts of Belfast last night.

A man (22) was bundled into a red van by six masked men at Cashel Drive in Monkstown.

The man was then driven down a laneway near Jennings Park where he was shot once in the left leg.

The man also sustained a suspected fracture of the lower left arm and lacerations to his head.
