Man hurt in gun attack in Co Antrim

A man was wounded last night in a gun attack in Ballymoney, Co Antrim. The victim and a friend were approached by two gunmen as they left a house off the Finboy Road at around 8 p.m. One of the men opened fire, hitting his target in the right leg before fleeing towards the town in what is thought to have been a blue Honda car driven by a third person. The RUC said police had not yet established a motive.
