Man jailed for dealing heroin

A Dublin man has been jailed for five years for heroin dealing. Michael O'Brien (29), of Kerlogue Road, Irishtown, Dublin, pleaded guilty to having heroin valued at £4,320 for sale on January 31st, 1995. Dublin Circuit Criminal Court was told of a surveillance operation set up after gardai were told about a flat at George's Street near the city-centre being used to distribute heroin.
