ROCHESTER - A former nursing assistant convicted of raping a comatose patient who later gave birth to a baby boy was jailed yesterday for the maximum term of up to 25 years.
The woman was in a coma for 11 years after a car accident and died 10 days ago, aged 30.
John Horace was convicted of raping her in August 1995 at the Westfall Health Care Facility in the Rochester suburb of Brighton, New York.
