A man in his thirties has been killed in a road incident in Co Limerick.
The incident occurred at 1.20 a.m. when the man, a pedestrian, was hit by a vehicle in Castleconnell. He was taken to Limerick Regional Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
There were no other casualties.
