A 20-year-old Albanian was stabbed and badly beaten before being thrown through the first-floor window of a flat in Cabra Park, north Dublin, yesterday.
The man opened his front door early yesterday morning to two men, who asked for a named individual. When the visitor said he did not know the whereabouts of the man, they started to beat him.
The man was stabbed several times and beaten before being thrown through a closed window. He was able to walk to the nearby Mater Hospital where his condition was described as stable.
