Gardai have located the 16-year-old girl who refused to return to Newtown House, Co Wicklow, last Saturday after a planned visit to her mother.
The girl has been in care for two years on foot of a High Court order but is allowed regular visits to her home. The South Western Area Health Board immediately notified the gardai when she did not return.
