There is no evidence that children who receive the three-in-one MMR vaccine are more likely to be autistic or to develop Crohne's Disease, according to two new studies. A small study published in 1998 had made this association but new work published in the Lancet and by the UK Working Party on MMR vaccine strongly contradicts this.
