French police have arrested and questioned a man in connection with the death of an Irishwoman in Clermont-Ferrand, near Lyons.
Ms June Daly (35), originally from Drumcondra, Dublin, was found dead in her apartment last Tuesday. It is believed that she had been strangled.
Ms Daly had lived in France for over 10 years. She had two children, who are living with her former husband in France.
