Sacramento - Unabomber suspect Theodore Kaczynski, charged with three bombing murders, may have attempted to commit suicide on Wednesday night, authorities reported yesterday. "We are assuming, and I emphasise assuming, that sometime during the night hours he attempted to hang himself with his own underwear," said Sacramento County Undersheriff, Mr Lou Blanas.
The report surfaced after Kaczynski (55) agreed yesterday to undergo psychiatric testing to determine whether he is competent to act as his own attorney.
