Winchester - The jury hearing the soccer match-fixing retrial was sent home for the second time last night after failing to reach verdicts.

The six men and five women retired shortly before Friday lunchtime and had spent the weekend at home before returning to court today.

They spent all of the 42nd day of the trial considering the case against footballers Bruce Grobbelaar (39), John Fashanu (34) and Hans Segers (35), who, along with Malaysian businessman Mr Heng Suan Lim (32), are accused of conspiring to give and accept corrupt payments.
