There has been a steep rise in the number of people needing kidney dialysis in Northern Ireland

There has been a steep rise in the number of people needing kidney dialysis in Northern Ireland. More than 70 people now need dialysis three times a week. However, many only get it twice a week because of a shortage of machines.

Doctors say these patients are unable to rid their bodies of toxins and therefore feel tired and ill most of the time.
