Two bodies which regulate the nursing profession in Northern Ireland and the Republic have joined to introduce a £100,000 scheme to promote nurse education.
The All-Ireland Research Fellowship scheme, jointly organised by An Bord Altranais and the National Board for Nursing, Midwifery and Health Visiting for Northern Ireland, will enable approximately 20 nurses this year to engage in research or advanced studies.
