Police in Belfast have seized counterfeit designer and sports clothing worth hundreds of thousands of pounds.
The find, believed to be the largest of its kind in Northern Ireland, was described by a PSNI spokesman as "one of the biggest blows against the counterfeit goods trade" ever.
The fake clothes were discovered yesterday in the docks area of the city during planned searches at a warehouse in the Duncrue Industrial Estate.
A number of people arrested have since been released pending further inquiries.
The fakes included Ireland World Cup football strips, Rangers and Celtic tops, Gap clothing and a range of counterfeit sporting and leisure clothes bearing the names of leading brands.
Bags of labels ready to be sewn into clothes were also found.
The goods were thought to have been destined for sale at markets around the North. Police have been targeting the counterfeit goods trade and made regular seizures.
