PSNI names Fermanagh road traffic victim

The PSNI has named the victim of a road traffic collision in County Fermanagh last night.

He was Mr Darragh Swift from Newtownbutler. Mr Swift died when he was involved in a collision at Donagh Cross, near Lisnaskea shortly before 10 p.m.

Five other people were taken to hospital following the collision involving two cars.

Two of the injured have been transferred to Altnagelvin Hospital in Derry for specialist treatment, while two others are in a stable condition at the Erne hospital in Enniskillen.

One other person was released after treatment.

A total of 49 people have died on Northern Ireland's roads so far this year.
