Monrovia - Sierra Leone rebels have released 180 UN peacekeepers, of whom 46 have already arrived in Monrovia, the Liberian presidency announced yesterday. The other freed hostages are still waiting in the Liberian town of Foya, on the border with Sierra Leone, to be repatriated to Monrovia, he said.
